My focus is providing an individualized mind-body approach. In addition to being a psychotherapist, I am trained in hypnosis/hypnotherapy, yoga, and offer equine-facilitated psychotherapy.
Our body communicates through feelings and sensations. I am here to help you find your inner voice, listen to your body, and break free from dysfunctional family patterns, codependency, addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Traumatic experiences can change the way we feel about ourselves. Learning to care for our bodies is key to wellness. I incorporate movement-based therapy when appropriate to achieve holistic healing.
