I am a licensed psychotherapist who is passionate about healing and continuously working on reaching a higher state of wellness myself. I started my journey of helping others as a licensed psychotherapist, and still practice. I love what I do! Throughout the years, I’ve continued to delve into alternative treatment.

I am an eclectic clinician, scholar, and entrepreneur. I am trained in alternative treatments including Reiki, hypnotherapy, auricular acupuncture, animal-assisted therapy, and yoga. I am an adjunct professor and have taught sociology and psychology undergraduate and graduate courses at the University of New Haven. I also facilitate mindfulness workshops and staff retreats through Copper Beech to organizations as part of the Transformative Leadership Program.

I decided to strengthen my knowledge of nutrition and to work towards the completion of a Doctorate in Health Science with a Clinical Nutrition concentration. My research is on the use of nutraceuticals for the treatment of anxiety. I am the Clinical Director at bekome where we help individuals with anxiety achieve wellness through supplementation and 1:1 support.

All this in a nutshell: I have spent the past decade delving deep into healing modalities through education, self-improvement, and a whole lot of meditation. I am here to offer guidance and support- to share my passions and knowledge.
